Waitin for the airboat...

No gift shop here..we were out in the boondocks, capt bob "closed her down" when it started raining...after we waited on the swings for a half hour...There was an "Eatery" on the premesis but we did not partake...we might head back to capt bob's again and ride the airboat and not eat. The decorating in the ladies restroom(if you can call it that) was circa Kay west...cigarette burns and all. Fun for everyone.

Beach Day!

The water is pretty cold still but they don't mind at all...Lawrence says it is way warmer than our coast though. But I am paranoid about the sharks...Raquel would head all the way out if we let her. It is very different than our beach, so shallow for a long while. The sand is different..very hard, the kids can build really cool sandcastles with it.

Kennedy Space Center Day

Highlights of the space center...the IMAX movie in 3D...and a robot experience...Ethan thinks robots are going to be a reality soon...Lawrence thinks that there is not enough to do here for the price of admission..NASA needs to step it up a bit...if you have time ask him about the service at the hamburger place. Also the souvenier shop was a big hit with ethan and Lawrence...a 35 cent plastic toy for a 5000% markup. I heard about that all the way back to Daytona. He also had comments about the security, or lack therof.
